Arko Flooring Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Arko Flooring purchase. If you're not completely happy, the following terms apply to returns and refunds:

General Return Guidelines:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unopened packaging.
    • Jaipur Living Rugs must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Return Fees: You are responsible for return shipping costs, original shipping charges, and a 35% restocking fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2-4 weeks after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A member of our team will contact you with refund details.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Opened or used items may result in partial refunds and additional shipping charges.

Shipping Charges & Restocking Fees:

Arko Flooring will cover return shipping and restocking fees for:

  • Defective items
  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items shipped due to our error

If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping and restocking fees.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact us at sales@arkoflooring.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Prepare the Package: Clearly label your return with the RA# and ensure it’s in its original packaging.
  3. Return Pickup: We will coordinate a pickup for your return.

Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

  • Minimum Quantity: We only accept returns for four or more cartons of flooring. Less than four cartons cannot be returned.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened, installed, damaged, or used items
    • Accessories (moldings, underlayment, etc.)
    • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items
    • Custom-made or cut products
    • Items delivered more than 14 days ago
    • Rug Pads, Throw Blankets, Throw Pillows, and Poufs are final sales
